Striptease clubs in Constanța will not surprise you. They’re exactly what you’d expect in this part of Europe. They are a bit dirty, and a bit of a scam; not exactly the safest places to throw a party. Additionally, quite a few strip clubs (cluburi de striptease) in Constanța close down during the off-season, when the naïve tourist cash dries out.

Gentleman’s Club (http://gentlemansclub.ro/) at Bulevardul Alexandru Lăpușneanu, looks like a bar from the 90s. And I mean that in the most positive way: I have a soft spot for bars like that. Calypso (https://clubcalypso.ro/) at Bulevardul Mamaia 69, is a little smaller but situated at the main party area in Mamaia. Things tend to get a steamy inside. Will you get laid inside? Doubtful. No harm in asking when a girls’ shift ends though, right?
